Tutoring Policy & Guidelines:

You MUST pay at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled session to avoid cancellation. If your session confirmation says “PAID,” but you have not made a payment yet, you must apply a payment beforehand. You MUST contact us by email, text, or call to schedule a session. You are unable to schedule a session on the website without doing this due to Nurse Jill's busy schedule. If a session is absolutely required without at least a 24 hr notice, you will pay an additional fee if Nurse Jill is able to accommodate your request.
