Tutoring Policy & Guidelines:

You MUST pay at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled session to avoid cancellation. If your session confirmation says “PAID,” but you have not made a payment yet, you must apply a payment beforehand. You MUST contact us by email, text, or call to schedule a session. You are unable to schedule a session on the website without doing this due to Nurse Jill's busy schedule. If a session is absolutely required without at least a 24 hr notice, you will pay an additional fee if Nurse Jill is able to accommodate your request. We make all attempts to schedule in advance for everyone's benefit. Thank you for your kindness and understanding. We look forward to helping you achieve success!

EMERGENCY- LESS THAN 24hr notice (same day) individual session with professional dosage calculation instruction to help you excel. Payment must be made when scheduling session to avoid cancellation. Bookings can only be made after contacting us via text, email, or phone call.  *THIS IS FOR SAME DAY SESSION ONLY WITHOUT AT LEAST 24HR ADVANCE NOTICE* Availability is subject to Nurse Jill's schedule and cannot be guaranteed.
